Privacy

Your trust is the whole product. This page explains, in plain terms, how your information is handled. It is a summary, not a contract — the binding terms live in the app.

What we store

Only what you choose to add: documents, assets, contacts, beneficiaries, recorded messages, and your wishes. You can export or delete everything at any time from your account.

How it is protected

• Encryption at rest. Your identity documents and other sensitive fields are encrypted with a key unique to your account, held separately from the database.
• Access is yours to grant. No one — not another user, not an administrator — can read your records. A trusted contact sees only the specific slices you grant them, and only under the conditions you set.
• Files never travel in the clear. Uploads are encrypted before they are stored and streamed back only to people you have authorised.

Your control

• Export a complete, readable copy of your data whenever you want.
• Delete your account and every record permanently — the encryption keys are destroyed with it.
